I specialise in web publishing (show me a CMS and I’ll show you how to use it!) in large organisations. I have spent the last five years working in web environments for various Government departments, where I have gained knowledge in e-Government and web accessibility standards. I’m also fairly good at juggling multiple sites and their day-to-day content updates.
I am probably what you could call a “jack of all trades”, having built numerous websites – right from pencil and paper sketching to a live website using a CMS. I have organised everything for a website to come to fruition; from domain names and hosting through to graphic design, then coding templates, information architecture and of course content management. For examples of sites I’ve created and/or worked on, please check out my portfolio.
I grew up in small town New Zealand – Matamata to be exact – and left just as it was being transformed into Hobbiton. Since then I’ve spent time in Australia and various locations in New Zealand. In June 2012 I took a leap of faith and now live in Perth, Western Australia.
